User Experience

At Alena (then a FOX Interactive Company) I organized and documented focus groups relating to the reformulation of our product line. I was responsible for the usability of our cart process as well as our ongoing landing page optimization through iterative development based on rigorous multivariate & A/B testing.

Later, I developed the initial interaction design for Glow.com through Intelligent Beauty, as well as portions of the user account area of N.V. Perricone Cosmeceuticals.

Through Stanford’s Human-Computer Interaction Coursera class and UCLA’s User Experience Design for the Web courses, I developed a series of mobile projects that required competitive analysis, personas, surveys, mental modeling, documentation, extensive wireframing, annotation and user testing.
